About Us:
Stephen Freudenberg
Stephen has been a Real Estate Agent/Broker since 2013, getting licensed shortly after he graduated from The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) with a A.B.J. in Public Relations. He's sold 260+ homes since he started, and he loves helping first-time buyers and sellers get the most bang for their buck in the process. He's also a licensed mortgage loan originator in the state of Georgia.
He's worked at and helped build high-growth real estate tech companies in addition to being a "traditional" agent, so he knows basically all there is to know about new models in real estate and is excited to bring that knowledge to the table to help his clients in their journey!
Nika Freudenberg
Don't tell Stephen, but Nika's got him beat in terms of experience.
She's been a licensed agent since 2007, when she started working at her father's real estate brokerage in Roswell, GA. She loves showing houses to buyers and finding great decor ideas (follow her on IG @basicbeefarmhouse).
Nika and Stephen live in Roswell, GA with their daughter, Luna, two dogs, Remus and Tonks, and a cat, Dobby. When they aren’t working with clients, you'll probably find them at a local park or brewery.

Nika is the best buyer's agent in the Atlanta area! We bought our home from out-of-state during COVID, so we had to do everything remotely.
